Who the services are for
QALIBRE services are addressed solely to legal entities and professionals. We do not contract with consumers within the meaning of consumer protection law.
What this site is
The site presents our services and lets you send an enquiry. The content is informative and does not constitute a binding offer. A mandate arises only through a written proposal accepted by both parties.
What we provide and what stays with the client
Through our services we provide findings, analysis, recommendations, priorities and action plans, together with support during implementation where the mandate includes it.
Decisions and operational execution remain the responsibility of the client. Results depend on the measures the client adopts and on how they are implemented. We guarantee no commercial results, revenue increases, ratings, scores or reviews.
Our assessments are not a financial audit, a compliance audit, a certification, an accreditation, or legal or medical advice.
Confidentiality
The reports we deliver are confidential and belong to the client. We do not publish them, in whole or in part, without the client's written agreement. The client uses them internally, for the purpose for which they were commissioned.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, the QALIBRE trademark, the visual identity, the methodology and the reporting formats published on this site are protected and belong to the company. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written agreement.
Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of error.
We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published on the site, outside a contracted mandate.
Our contractual liability is set by the contract concluded with each client.

Governing law
