Accessibility statement

We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or high contrast settings.

The standard we follow

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1, level AA.

What we have implemented

• A coherent heading structure, for screen reader navigation.
• Alternative text for images that carry information.
• Verified contrast between text and background, including for small text.
• Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator.
• A skip link straight to the main content.
• Respect for the reduced motion setting of the operating system.
• Relative text sizes that stay legible when the page is enlarged.
• Correct language marking for each content version.

Known limitations

Some sections use panels that expand on activation. Their content is not visible until opened.

The Romanian and English versions now have separate addresses, so a saved link always opens the same language.

How to report a problem

If you encounter a difficulty accessing the site, write to otilia@qalibre.ro. Describe the page and the problem. We reply within 30 days at the latest and look for a solution or an alternative way to give you the information.
